Our full-coverage service agreements provide you with full coverage for parts and on-site labor, prompt phone and remote support. You can also customize your agreements. Additional services to support your operational and business goals include uptime commitments (up to 99%), extended hours coverage (remote and on-site services), 24 x7 support, after-hours preventive maintenance visits, software obsolescence protection solutions, and staff training.

Software Service Program for KODAK DIRECTVIEW System 5 and RIS
