Carestream Health Critical Care Plus Program
Choose a full performance service program and take advantage of the wide portfolio of options offered by Kodak to optimize your clinical and financial results. Our full-coverage service agreements provide you with full coverage for parts and on-site labor, prompt phone and remote support. You can also customize your agreements. Additional services to support your operational and business goals include uptime commitments (up to 99%), extended hours coverage (remote and on-site services), 24 x7 support, after-hours preventive maintenance visits, software obsolescence protection solutions, and staff training.

Carestream HealthRemote Software Service Program for KODAK DIRECTVIEW System 5 and RIS
Our PACS services specialists will help you keep your PACS and RIS at peak performance and, if needed, help you get your system up and running again utilizing Kodak Remote Management Services or other remote access methods.

Carestream Health First Call Customer Program
